Aaron’s Motivation for Joining Nuvera
I enjoyed my time doing research at Wake Forest and Mount Sinai but felt that benefits of my work had only a limited effect on patients. I wanted to contribute in a more meaningful and tangible manner – so I looked into life sciences consulting. Nuvera really stuck out to me because of the nature of their work; being patient journey architects and ensuring patients receive the support they need while on treatment regimens was a huge draw for me. It was great to see their work having beneficial, lasting effects on people! Outside of the business, the culture of Nuvera was fantastic and easy to see from the start. Everyone really cares about the well being of one another and I was more than happy to join the family!
